Our policy.

Appointments:

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments booked via our Instagram. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in being charged the full service amount.

All lash services are discussed and agreed upon prior to the start of the appointment to ensure client satisfaction and understanding of the service being provided. By proceeding with the service, the client confirms they understand and accept the scope, pricing, and expected results.

We take pride in our work and strive to provide high-quality results; however, due to the nature of the service, no refunds will be issued once the service has been completed.

Training courses:

All course bookings are non-refundable once dates have been confirmed between the educator and the student.

Refund/ exchange policy:

Due to hygiene and quality control standards, all eyelash tweezer sales are final. We do not offer exchanges unless the item is deemed faulty upon arrival.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product. We will assess the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.

We do not accept returns for change of mind or improper use.

Shipping:

All orders including International are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using the link provided.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location.
